This box includes two fish knives, one Deba and one Yanagiba.
- The Deba knife is used to lift fish fillets and more generally to cut fish. it is also very useful for meats. The deba has a heavy and beveled blade characteristic.
- The Yanagiba knife is used for precise cutting of fish sashimi.It can be used for cuts of meat slices or sausages. The yanagiba has a long, slightly curved, rigid blade.
These two knives are equipped with a wooden handle and presented in a black cardboard box.
