A device for making perfect homemade maki

Simply place the sheet, rice, and filling in the machine, close the two halves, and then pull the film. This method is suitable for maki rolls, but also for savory or sweet rolls made with an omelet, crepe, or brick pastry sheet.

Which Easy Sushi format should I choose?

The 2.5 size is suitable for small rolls, the 3.5 for classic maki, and the 4.5 for larger rolls. The duo and trio packs allow you to vary the diameters depending on the recipe and the number of guests.

Using and maintaining your Easy Sushi
