Delivery for individuals in Metropolitan France:

• Free (Shop2shop relay point by Chronopost), from €39 of purchases in Metropolitan France for shipments (see depending on destination, within the limit of 5 kg).
• Paying (Colissimo), from € 4.90 in mainland France for shipments (see depending on destination).
• Paying (Colissimo), from € 9.90 for overseas France for shipments (see depending on destination).

Delivery to other countries:

• Paying (Colissimo), from € 8.90 for shipments to the EU and Switzerland (see depending on destination).
• Paying (Colissimo), from € 14.90 for shipments worldwide (see depending on destination).

Returns orders:

• • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of order (new items, unused and returned in their original packaging - excluding food items) and are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund is made (credit card or PayPal) within 8 days from the date of receipt of the order (the initial delivery costs are not covered in the refund).
