Kikkoman Sushi Rice Seasoning is ideal for preparing your rice. Softer and less acidic than common vinegar, it is also suitable for seasoning your salads and marinades.
Composition: Water, Rice vinegar (31%), Sugar, Salt.
Manual : For your sushi rice, pour 150ml of sushi vinegar for 1200g of cooked rice (about 500g of dry rice). Mix well while the rice is hot, taking care not to crush the rice.
