This sushi seasoning is made according to an original recipe Japanese and contains the ingredients keys to the manufacture of sushi. Just add this mixture well balanced vinegar Brown rice, from mirin and sauce soy on rice cooked. This seasoned vinegar may be also used for marinades or salad dressings.
Manual : Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar for 150g of rice. Mix gently while the rice is still hot.
Composition: Brown rice vinegar, Mikawa mirin, sea salt, soy sauce.
