Article 7 \u2013 Delivery<\/h4>

After shipment, the risks weigh on the customer. In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier or lack of information, the customer must report the loss to Lansa Design within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the day the package is taken over by the carrier. After this period, no complaint can be processed. Upon receipt of the customer's complaint, Lansa Design will carry out all the necessary checks. If the package has not been delivered, Lansa Design will request the tracking service of the carrier. In the event of final confirmation of the loss of the said parcel by the delivery services, Lansa Design will reimburse the order, subject to the communication by the customer of a sworn statement stating that he has not received the parcel. The delivery times indicated apply from the day the parcel is taken over by the carrier. Delivery times are communicated in good faith and for information only. Non-observance of delivery times shall not result in the cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever. No package is sent abroad (outside neighboring countries).<\/p>

Article 8 \u2013 Legal guarantees<\/h4>

Under the terms of Articles L.211-4 of the Consumer Code and 1641 of the Civil Code, the customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects for orders placed on the Lansa Design e-commerce site. The customer has a period of two years to act from the delivery of the product.
